Here at Nanozee Smart Electronics we do our best in offering excellent products at the best affordable prices. Our goal is to make sure our clients are happy so we can see more future returning customers.

 

The below are a list of guidelines in which it gives you an overview what to expect from our products, warranty and services offered.

 

Onboard Starter Pack

 

This is where you successfully purchased your smart mobile device from our website.

With this purchase, you will receive a free plug adapter, Google Services loaded and installed upon request (CN Rom phones) and a free randomized gift. We will also include a digital document (if requested) which will be emailed to you to show you how to install Google Services, set permissions, notifications etc for CN rom smartphones. This makes it easier whenever you want to factory reset and it will help you set it up again.

RAP - Referral Action Plan
 

Referral Action Plan allows you to earn R200 cash for every successful order placed by your referral. Simply refer someone to Nanozee Smart Electronics, and once they make a purchase, you get rewarded.

When your referral goes through the checkout process on the website, there will be a note section displayed before order being placed. The buyer would need to enter your name and surname along with the discount code received from us via email upon request. Once order is completed and payment is received, the referrer will only get the R200 cash once the item is received by the buyer. Payment will be made to the referrers account accordingly.

Warranty

 

Our brand-new devices come with a standard 3-month international warranty. So, if anything is wrong with the device, please send an email to info@nanozee.com and give us a brief description and a possible screenshot of any error where possible. Our Technical team will respond and advise further from there.

 

Open Box Sale Items comes with a standard 1-month warranty. So, if anything is wrong with the device, please send an email to info@nanozee.com and give us a brief description and a possible screenshot of any error where possible. Our Technical team will respond and advise further from there.

 

Pricing

 

Kindly note we reserve the right to change pricing at any time. There may be discounts and special offerings on a limited time bases.

 

Payment systems we currently accept are EFT payments through our website. At a later stage, we will be accepting other 3rd party payment systems.

 

For our international clients, please email info@nanozee.com for further information on making purchases through international bank transfer.

 

Funds needs to reflect before shipping out your items. Once funds are reflected into our account, you will receive further notification from the support team via email correspondence.

 

Shipping

Free Shipping on orders R1000 and over.

 

Imported stock – This is where the items are in import stock based in Hong Kong. When a customer places an order on the website and its in imported stock, delivery is 10-15 business working days.

 

Local Stock – This is where the items are in local stock in South Africa and will be shipped within 24-48 hours after order placed. Thereafter, Courier Guy tracking number will be sent to the client.

Additional Information

Kindly note, we do not offer returns/exchanges on imported devices.
These devices have been specially been ordered by the client. If the item is out of stock, we can exchange for similar value item.
If the device has a out of box defect or its faulty, you can log a support ticket through our website or email us info@nanozee.com so that one of our technical engineers can assist you.

Buyers Remorse: If client wants to return due to feeling anxious or change of heart, unfortunately for imported devices it will not be accepted.


Returns for local stock, if there is nothing wrong with the device and client wants to return it, this needs to be done within the first 2 days. As long as the item is sealed, or in the condition its been sent to the client, it will be taken into consideration.

Client need to be aware that there will be a 10% admin charge + shipping charges that may be applied.
